Criminal Background Check

In the interest of maintaining the safety and security of our youth, program partners, members, and community stakeholders, the 100 Black Men of Greater Montgomery, Inc. will complete a criminal background check on you in connection with your desire to be a member and/or serve as a volunteer or mentor.

The background check will reveal felony and misdemeanor criminal convictions, any pending criminal cases, and any history of incarceration as an adult. Arrests pending prosecution may also be reported. Records of juvenile convictions and detention that have been sealed by a court typically do not appear in these searches.
