As a member of the 100 Black Men of America, you will assist us in helping our mentees prepare themselves for their future endeavors whether they choose to go to college or enter the job market. With your vast amount of experience, you are uniquely positioned to offer advice and guidance to the next generation.

    I UNDERSTAND BECOMING A MEMBER REQUIRES DEDICATION, COMMITMENT AND THAT THIS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION HAS A RESPONSIBILITY TO THOSE IT SERVES. THEREFORE, I DO PLEDGE TO:

    Respect the confidentiality and privacy of those I serve
    Serve at least 3 hours a month (Any board approved activity)
    Attend at least (6) of the monthly meetings per year"
