JOIN US FOR THE INAUGURAL HBCU CLASSIC WEEKEND CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT
On Friday, Sept. 2, the 100 Black Men of America, Greater Montgomery Chapter, will host the Inaugural HBCU Classic Weekend Charity Golf Tournament at Lagoon Park beginning with a shotgun start at 8am. We are inviting you and asking you for your support either through golfing and/or by providing sponsorship.
HBCU Classic Weekend celebrates black excellence and showmanship as the only two football classics in the country that will play in the same city, on the same weekend. This Labor Day weekend, two of Alabama’s oldest HBCU’s (Alabama State University and Tuskegee University) will play opposing teams in the Labor Day Classic (Alabama State University vs. Miles College) and the Red Tails Classic: Tuskegee vs Fort Valley State University honoring the Tuskegee Airmen.
With your help, we will be able to raise funds to support these four universities as they continue to provide high-quality education to their students.
